It is specified that the present conditions govern exclusively the sales, by the French Society of Egyptology, of books by download.
Price
- The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT).
With regard to the price of the book, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang 81-766 law of August 10, 1981. In this context, the Société Française d'Egyptologie offers its customers the most interesting price tolerated by the law.
- In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice at your request. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the Société Française d'Egyptologie. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
- The French Society of Egyptology reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of your order validation.
- The products remain the property of the French Society of Egyptology until full payment of the price.

- Approval
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the French Society of Egyptology constitutes proof of all transactions made by the French Society of Egyptology and its customers.
- Availablity
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site. For information, the debit only occurs when the parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery
The products can be downloaded from the site after payment.
- Payment
Payment for your purchases is made:
- either by credit card: Visa, MasterCard
- Either by paypal
The card is debited only at the time of the order transaction.
- Securing

- Satisfied or refunded
Right of withdrawal - In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from the Société Française d'Egyptologie without having to justify reasons or pay penalty. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- Product compliance
We undertake to refund or exchange products that appear to be defective, damaged or damaged or that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for agreeing to report it in detail in writing and to return the product(s) to us. The French Society of Egyptology will, at your option, exchange or refund the product(s). The shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and the return costs will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the supporting documents. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The stipulations of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in the previous article.
- Refund
Refunds of products in the hypotheses referred to in the preceding articles will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following the date on which the right was exercised. Reimbursement will be made on the proposal of La Société Française d'Egyptologie by crediting the customer's bank account or by bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address, the customer being able to opt for another method of reimbursement than the one proposed. . No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. The advantages obtained during the purchase of the product will be canceled in the event of the return of the product accompanied by a refund of the said product.
